The Loire Valley, known as the Garden of France, is a splendor of natural and architectural beauty. On a day trip, we decided to explore two of the region's most famous castles: the elegant Château de Chenonceau and the majestic Château d'Amboise.

✅ Château de Chenonceau

The morning started early, with the sun still shy on the horizon. We arrive at Château de Chenonceau, a Renaissance jewel that stretches gracefully over the River Cher. Known as the "Ladies' Castle", Chenonceau is marked by the influence of notable women who have beautified it over the centuries.

We walked through the meticulously manicured gardens, admiring the symmetry and vibrant colors of the flowers that adorned the path. Upon entering the castle, we were transported to another time. We explore the fortifications and towers that reveal the castle's military importance. Inside, the Saint-Hubert chapel, where Da Vinci's tomb rests, was a moment of reflection on the legacy of this Renaissance genius.
